Ok heres the (Imaginary) situation -

The club have agreed to swap the "kop" & family stand.

  1. The South Stand would be called the Family Stand
  2. The North Stand would now be called the Kop.

What would you do?

Think I covered all the options but If you chose other, please post! :D

The option of "I sit in the family stand and wouldn't move" has got some voteage. That is not good. That means the 'new Kops' songs will be making dogs all around the walkers go barmy because of all the young'uns high pitch squealing. Kids under 16 shouldn't be allowed in the kop.

I usually sit in the kop but would move if everyone who created the atmosphere did.

Why wait, move on your own accord.

do you really think little kids post on here and vote? they are probably the few remaining N Blockers

also the club would need to tell any families that stay they can't complain about strong language in that section seeing as there is a designated family section

Maybe because he is happy where he is. Think about it.

Then if he's happy to stay in the family end and lets say it gets turned into our new kop. Just 1 extra spot wasted. No offence to families who go and watch Leicester but you really do piss me off. With your pack lunches and Horns.

So what! At least they are making an effort to support the team, not like people who don't go to games and then just slag everything off wrong with the club. Fair play Family Stand!

Errrm yes. You may be right about the N blockers, I hope you are. I can't see why the club couldn't politely ask any family with a child under 16 to relocate to the souh stand. Not a big deal is it? Kids in the south stand, singers and adults in the north stand, Problemo solved

Thats harsh, they have just as much right to go to the game as you and i. I dont have a problem with anyone who is willing to spend their money on going down and supporting the team, even if they dont particularly add to the atmosphere. They dont have to spend their money on going to the game.

you would miss half of the season due to the sun being in your eyes

Becuase it is sunny for half the footballing season? You forget we live in England and we have 2-3 months of sunshine tops in a footballing season.

I usually sit in the Family Stand and would not want to move :)

Is that because you generally don't want to move or because you'd rather be in the 'New kop' where the atmosphere is?

What all 500 of them ? You make it out as theres thousands and thousands of them. I'm not saying kick the families out at the walkers because that would lose us money and be dumb. Just saying it pisses me off when your in the kop and theres a family next to you.

DON'T COME IN THE FOOKING KOP PLEASE !

Yeah that was abit strong, but i know what you mean. When you want to blow your top and then you notice a 7 year old in front, so you have to sit down and shut up. At the risk of upsetting someone.

I agree in context with what your saying...Although your not exactly saying it right.

If the families want to go to the football then go in the family end.

There is far to much aimed at families these days.

Then take the risk mate, If they don't like it then they know what they can do :scarf:
