Mark Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 It matters nothing in our position, a draw today followed by a win next week would have been more than good enough, it's just another added pressure along with harping on about how we react when going behind in a match, and we all know these players we've got can't seem to handle the slightest bit of pressure. <_< Ollie needn't mention it again.

You have to question the players on this one, they shouldn't need motivating, its a local fooking derby, if you're not up for that you don't deserve to wear the shirt IMO.

Benjani Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 Ive always liked Holloway, for his passion and will to win. But maybe that's not all you need to be a successful manager. You need to get the players playing football, just look at Wenger - boring as anything but somehow gets them playing quality football. You don't just need passion, you need to have a footballing brain, something i think Holloway has, but which needs improving. Even if we go down, i would stick with Holloway.
