Zingari Posted 8 March 2008 Posted 8 March 2008 Try E Buyer, but Tescos are quite often the cheapest. there's an awful lot of confusion as to when they are open though
Webbo Posted 8 March 2008 Posted 8 March 2008 there's an awful lot of confusion as to when they are open though Yeah, but how am I supposed to find out what time they close on a Saturday?

Jay Posted 9 March 2008 Posted 9 March 2008 the thing is in my honest opinion the majority of unbranded, cheap HDTV's are shite, the picture quality on the ones you see in Asda and so on made by Tevion or some other unknown is nothing short of appalling!! I wouldn't touch anything without a decent brand when it comes to HDTV's empire direct have some cracking deals LG at £379.00 Panasonic at 429.00 very nice tv Samsung at £449.00 you are better to pay slightly more though when it comes to LCD Tv's imo

Jay Posted 9 March 2008 Posted 9 March 2008 I think I read somewhere that 70 to 80% of all HDTVs are made by LG yeah I believe that LG own the rights to some vital part of the electronics needed to create an LCD Television but it doesn't mean that a Sony Bravia is the same quality as a Tecnhika or Tevion or whatever unknowns are for sale in the supermarket. and sometimes the quality on some of these unknowns is beyond terrible
Zingari Posted 9 March 2008 Posted 9 March 2008 I think I read somewhere that 70 to 80% of all HDTVs are made by LG things must be bad at leiceter now i'm getting nostalgic for the old LG shirt days
