Anything actually been said of interest and importance? nah they just state the bloody obvious!! One caller talked sense near the end, saying we still have 9 games to FIGHT to stay up !!
Sniffer-Clarke Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Why does Barber get soo defensive?I know some of the callers well ok most of them come out with some bizarre opinions but shouldn't he just shrug and accept a paying fans opinion and give another view instead of ripping into everything they have just said. Seems to me he just wants to be the mates with everyone at the club. That show needs to change drastically or just go off air. Barber is like Birch they are just bummers down at the club, They are scared stiff to say what they see is crap there is only about walshy who will say what he sees is rubbish most of the time.
The Stig Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Seeing as Barber is coming up in conversation I'd like to point out that I've listened to a lot of his commentaries recently and I think he's much improved. Yes he still makes a Murray Walker style gaff every now and then but he sounds more enthusiastic and generally doesn't wamder off topic as easily. Well done John. I'd now like to apologise. That's far too posotive for this forum.
