MikeyT Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 I'm just going to post swear words.B*llox!!!! Oh and btw, that is an awesome signature!!!
Thracian Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 DJ takes minutes to provide the perfect ball for Howard who misses again from five yards. And people want DJ dropped. If we'd only get a swift centre-forward instead of another Horsfield clone we'd perhaps get those chances in and around the six yard box.

Quicktime player on Intel Macbook, seems to be a better stream than Match Console, even here in southern Spain!
Thracian Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Why is it when we get a winger and he has a decent debut they always start closing the space down by drifting into central midfield?
Lillehamring Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 so, we havwn't got off to a great start, neother has it been that bad... sounds like oth teams are, inevitably, pretty nervy...
marbelladave Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Lee Hendrie. I remember a good few years back reading a kiss (shag?) and tell story in one of the tabloids. Some slapper relating her, ahem, experiences with various Premier League footballers. Described our hero as "a bit lacking in technique but VERY ENERGETIC AND PLENTY OF STAMINA"! Sounds about right to me.....
DB11 Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 We're gonna lose this That's a good idea - shut up Barbar!
Thracian Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Hume giving the ball away alot!!! And Howard. Bit early to take em both off.
MikeyT Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 And Howard. Bit early to take em both off. Yeah a little too early!
Thracian Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Sounds very much like our initial flurry has faded. We really don't seem to have enough conviction. It's a dangerous game if we're just going to hope we snatch something instead of taking the initiative and playing on their nervousness which is just apparent as ours.

Be very wary, he is destined to play against us on loan for Scunny and score...

Tracian ...did you say your son the soton fan lives there and was going ??

It's a dangerous game if we're just going to hope we snatch something instead of taking the initiative and playing on their nervousness which is just apparent as ours. Were you expecting anything less... we've been past masters for the past few weeks in dominating for 10, 20 somtimes even 30 minute spells at the begining of games, before we lose heart or conceed a goal which these days seems to be the end no matter what point in the game it comes.
Thracian Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Well it's as I expected - I haven't heard a single positive mention of Etuhu. Is he going to be another one day wonder?

The worry is we're having to go on Barber's comentry... it'll probably take him a while to settle, of course we dont really have "a while"

Thracian Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Tracian ...did you say your son the soton fan lives there and was going ?? No, he lives in Stoke-on-Trent and works evenings so has no chance of getting to night-time matches.
