tartanowl Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 League 1 really isn't much fun. Believe me the novelty of going to new places and visiting the little grounds wears off very quickly. It's soul-destroying constantly listening to "You're not famous anymore", and watching the team you've been to Wembley with, and seen win a trophy lose to the likes of Bournemouth. I really don't think I could take it again. It is truly horrible.

tartanowl Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 People on here have some sugar coated mirage of Division 3! Oh well it's not going to happen Here's hoping Southampton for the drop.
Kilworthfox Posted 31 March 2008 Author Posted 31 March 2008 Here's hoping Southampton for the drop. Dirty Saints
Basingstoke Fox Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 Damn right! shalalalalalalala Lets send the scummers down!!!
The Stig Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 Here's hoping Southampton for the drop. Lets hope it's Saints or Cov not us.
Legend_in_blue Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 Lets hope it's Saints or Cov not us. The Saints fans sounded defeated on SkySports news today. I think they're already prepared for the inevitable. Some even suggested that they weren't bothered if they went down.
Geo V Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 No point in laughing at the others as the reality is we may be joining them. If we dont pull our fingers out and get a few more decent results then the pompous sections of our fans will go the same way the the Leeds and Forest fans did, hiding with there tails between there legs.

Webbo Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 the only difference being that our fans don't have tails He must have been thinking of the Cov fans.
filbertway Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 :w00t: The league one clubs wouldn't be devious as to put up all their ticket prices just because we're visiting would they?
Jack Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 The league one clubs wouldn't be devious as to put up all their ticket prices just because we're visiting would they? Of course they would, our attractive football and the way we score goals for fun.
The Stig Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 The Saints fans sounded defeated on SkySports news today. I think they're already prepared for the inevitable. Some even suggested that they weren't bothered if they went down. Unfortunatly it's far from inevitable.
Legend_in_blue Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 Unfortunatly it's far from inevitable. It could happen. Their run in is far worse than ours.
The Stig Posted 31 March 2008 Posted 31 March 2008 It could happen. Their run in is far worse than ours. And our record against teams in the lower half of the league is awful. Often a big game and therefore underdog status is exactly what's needed to get some points.
