I've heard rumours it's not the only thing Phube likes to "whip out at every opportunity"

When people are happy about something they don't usually say anything, if they are unhappy they moan like hell... you only have to look on here, or listen to radio Leicester and compare it to last season. Which is why I said what I did. Unless they literally went to each person and asked them to their face, you will never get a true reflection of how people feel. The people who quite like the idea or don't mind it a vastly less likely to trudge all the way to a voting station... because they probably feel like they have better things to do.

Same could be said of the people who dont want it and feel its a waste of time voting because it wont make any difference as it will still get built no matter.
