Flexx Posted 8 April 2008 Posted 8 April 2008 I remember over the last few seasons, he was usually the first name on the teamsheet for us when picking the team. Now we've signed new players he has been 'forced out' a bit which is dissappointing. Maybe a loan move next season? I no he's been in the team recently, but it's not looking likely he will be in the 1st team come next season.
Koke Posted 8 April 2008 Posted 8 April 2008 Too injury prone for my liking. He'll play 10 good games on the trot, then he'll injury himself and be out for 6 weeks.

He could well be an influential figure next season, if we go down. If not, then a loan move next season could be very beneficial.
Father Ted Posted 8 April 2008 Posted 8 April 2008 I really like Wesolowski as a player but I will never forgive Bobo 'Dirty cheating twat' Balde for what he did. Wesolowski has suffered most likely mentally and physically since the accident and hasn't really regained what he showed in those 45 minutes against Celtic. i reckon he could definitely be a key player for us next year - whether we be in the Championship or League 1. Although if we do get a few more quality central midfielders then I would certainly send him out on loan.
Ric Flair Posted 8 April 2008 Posted 8 April 2008 He's a very valuable squad player, one who when he get's his chance, will take it with both hands. Whether he'll ever get to the level of his undoubted potential, remains to be seen. But i'd never get rid of Wesolowski whilst we're in the predicament we are in. He's proven to be quality at times, but injuries and playing for a shit house of an outfit have led to many fans losing interest in him.

Foxhateram Posted 9 April 2008 Posted 9 April 2008 You cant beat a bit of weso, fooking sexy beast he is. Bloody good in bed aswell lets just say he knows how to play the game Love the bloke! he should be in the first team far more regularly. because he knows how to play the game unlike some of the players we put on the field.
JadeFalcon Posted 9 April 2008 Posted 9 April 2008 i agree thats why he's always tweaking an injury, is, as i have watched him play a few times, seems to be the only one of the field apart from defenders that actually know how to tackle with any gusto. while everybody else around him backs off from the opposition, james is the first to go in there n get the damned thing back, if more of our players played with the passion he does, we wouldnt be in half the shitty situation we are, i mean jeesus i could score more than out fooking strikers are doing, and i cant fooking play for a starts they should deduct so much from paddy K's wages everytime he hoofs the fooking thing up field, yes good defender, knows fook all what to do with the ball when he has it tho

I knew you'd speak up for him I'm one that doesn't rate him - he isn't a good squad player because he doesn't maintain match fitness when he isn't playing, he was pretty poor against Hull, to those who didn't wear rose-tinted specs. And you know full well that if he is given a run in the team he will end up injured again. Him and Clemence were forging a really good partnership, and then he's out again. He is going to spend his career doing this, this job is as good as he is ever going to get - and that's why we should get rid. Anyone offering cash money for Weso should be welcomed.
