I think Claire dies and Kate adopts her baby? Then Jack doesn't like the idea of seeing Aaron (claire's baby) because he knows he could have saved Claire from dying. Im not sure, but that's what i think.

Im not sure, but that's what i think. Or Claire remains on the island and asks Kate to take Aaron off the island to live his life. Jack doesn't want to see Aaron because he is his uncle. If you remember Claire and Jack are half brother and sister which will no doubt piss Jack off about his Dad when he finds out. .....but really who knows and will they ever tell us. Just sit back and enjoy the ride while we can.
