So what's this about fans arguing in the kop?

I always look over and wish I was in there amongst the noise and whatnot, even though I don't know many of the chants but I heard about fans arguing or something last week so I don't want to go buy tickets for the Sheffield Wednesday game next to people like that.

Yeah it was well bad.

My mate heard it all.

Apparently one bloke had a coffee right and the other bloke had a Bovril yeah and the Bovril bloke(i'll call him Bovrilboy from now!) bumped into the Coffee bloke(i'll call him coffeeboy from now!) and then He said

'Yeah" and Coffeboy said

"what"

and Bovril boy said

"and"

Coffeeboy said"you want some yeah"

and Bovrilboy said

"c'mon then" and Coffeeboy said

'Outside yeah'and then Bovrilboy said

'Whatever innit'

and then it just kicked off big style.

Its true cos my mate said.

ALLEGEDLY!

There was a slight issue with some lads being threatening towards any one who dared to sit. Nothing major, as it was led by the least intimidating chav I have ever come across, but unpleasant nonetheless. The very same group berated those seated for their lack of loyalty. They left early by the way.

WHAT? It wasn't just one Chav... where I was, which was right next to where the ruckus was going on, there were several of them standing and facing off with others that were sitting down. They were calling those who sat down all sorts and generally being unpleasant and very aggressive.

The worst one was a virtually bald, middle-aged, ginger man who was really getting pissed off... foolishly people who were sitting down started to confront him but didn't go up to him otherwise there would have been a nasty scrap which would have ruined the match... not that it was good anyway.

And yes, just before we equalised, the TWAT left the match early... this is after he said we didn't support the team because we were sitting down! What made it worse is that after the game, he was still at the stadium waiting for those who were sitting down and shouting back at him to fight with them!!!

Some people...

Did he have a white general's uniform on?

Possibly with an unhealthy obsession with the 80's?

And what were the stewards doing?

Really people.

If things like this piss you off you should tell the stewarsd to do something.

You dont have to make it blatant hence get a smacking, just have a descreet word in a stewards ear(Preferably a supervisor) and its their job to do something.

Why should other people have to suffer cos of some wanna be chavs.

And then we wonder why we cant attract new supporters to city!

Apparently the Stewards were informed but because it wasn't some 15 year old schoolboy decided to let carry on and they just said they had it on video, not a lot of use if fighting had broken out.

Just to add after berating the other fans for not singing in praise of Holloway as soon as Colchester scored they started berating Holloway.

hypocrasy of the highest order, they are also part of a group that regularly boo the team off. I guess to be fair they are pretty supportive vocally through out the match if things are going ok.

I never said it bothered me... I was actually quite amused by it all as he wasn't arguing with me. Made for light entertainment from the misery of the match.

As for getting TO a stewart... that might have been slightly difficult considering that they were all blocking the stairway and therefore would have SEEN us go if we did as we would have had to push past them. But like I said, I wasn't bothered. :)

Piss off. Obviously I'm not as big a man as you. Like anyone would want to sit next to a bunch of chavs telling you you're not a true fan and that you should get off your arse. I bet you were one of them. You arsehole.

Where did this occur ?

I could have done with some entertainment on Saturday.

Maybe I'd dozed off.

You'd think that stewards ought to sort out any obnoxious chavs - they weren't protecting the hallowed turf from the illegal invading one. Maybe they were hassling some students...

Yeah well shut up then! :D

The thread asks a question and I am answering it because I was sitting next to the event!

You can sod off... I'm in no mood to put up with fools who stick up for pillocks like those people at the game who all but started a massive scrap!!
