So what's this about fans arguing in the kop?

The thread asks a question and I am answering it because I was sitting next to the event!

You can sod off... I'm in no mood to put up with fools who stick up for pillocks like those people at the game who all but started a massive scrap!!

I can't believe you just took Raj seriously.

You should win a prize or something.

Was he joking? Well thats even more annoying... a serious post about the poor behaviour of fans in the kop and then he comes in joking here and there and winding people up...

Told you I wasn't in the mood for any stupidity! lol

Where did this occur ?

I could have done with some entertainment on Saturday.

Maybe I'd dozed off.

You'd think that stewards ought to sort out any obnoxious chavs - they weren't protecting the hallowed turf from the illegal invading one. Maybe they were hassling some students...

WHAT? It wasn't just one Chav... where I was, which was right next to where the ruckus was going on, there were several of them standing and facing off with others that were sitting down. They were calling those who sat down all sorts and generally being unpleasant and very aggressive.

The worst one was a virtually bald, middle-aged, ginger man who was really getting pissed off... foolishly people who were sitting down started to confront him but didn't go up to him otherwise there would have been a nasty scrap which would have ruined the match... not that it was good anyway.

And yes, just before we equalised, the TWAT left the match early... this is after he said we didn't support the team because we were sitting down! What made it worse is that after the game, he was still at the stadium waiting for those who were sitting down and shouting back at him to fight with them!!!

Some people...

No you're right, it was more than one chav, and I rememebr the ginger in question, but it just seemed that the chav was the instigator, a wannabee hardman trying to earn his stripes.

And failing! lol

The ginger guy had to take over cause the young Chav was so poor at intimidating! :crylaugh:

I always look over and wish I was in there amongst the noise and whatnot, even though I don't know many of the chants but I heard about fans arguing or something last week so I don't want to go buy tickets for the Sheffield Wednesday game next to people like that.

ok mate. so your saying you want to sit were the noise is but you dont want to sit with people who have passion for their team?? how does that work??

Where did he say that?

No, he wants to sit with the people who sing and chant, showing their passion but doesn't want to sit with people who are behaving like utter pillocks arguing and becoming quite aggressive and almost violent with other fans during a match because they are frustrated with Leicester's performance on the day... understandable really.

These geezers sound like pricks but to be fair people that sit in the kop despite having no intention of creating an atmopshere do frustrate me. Sometimes I have to restrain myself from having a pop of them myself. It's obviously not the right thing to do though, although fook knows what is.

theres some right annoying **** in d2, quite tall with spikey hair looks like a gypo, hes actually one of the stewards used to stop the cars when the match is done to stop them running over the fans lol, but he sneaks into the kop obviously doesnt have a seat so he just stands anywhere therefore restrciting the space you have and he nearly broke my ankle when we last played barnsley (at home) he just randomly pushed the guy next to him and toppled onto me and my ankle moved to a funny angle but it wasnt funny at all, my brother was ready to smack the little C**t, seriously, some of you might even know him i dont know but just watch out for the nob!

Piss off. Obviously I'm not as big a man as you. Like anyone would want to sit next to a bunch of chavs telling you you're not a true fan and that you should get off your arse. I bet you were one of them. You arsehole.

Well said Oswin! People like that are usually 'well ard' when they've got a group of mate with them and faceless wimps when they've not. it's always been the case. Thick retards like that have no place in todays game thankfully. As for you going to watch cricket etc, its people like you that are welcomed at football clubs these days and not the other sort.

These argues and fights between sitting supporters and those who want to stand is what you get when you don't have a real standing section in the stadium.

Because from what ive understand, the kop contains both seated and standing supporters? And whatever happened to block (N?) that was meant to be a standing area for people who wanted to stand up and sing, right?
