Anyway I think all said have done the least Stoke could have done is reduce the separation and maybe employ some extra stewards. I've got tickets, but I'm fuming that there are people out there who've been to just as many / more games than me who haven't got tickets and there's going to be a load of empty seats that aren't actually required. If it was Man U V Roma I'd understand but I'm sure some heavy handed stewarding could extinguish any problems that may arise for this game.

Well said, i rang up loads yesterday and didn't get through i've been 10 away games season year (only went afew the season b4 so i'm priority 3), and i got to the ticket office at 9.20am this morning coz i live 25 miles away from the ground and a man was just buying the last Stoke ticket, i was gutted but i should've kept holding yesterday but i was on my mobile so didn't want to hold for too long. I rang loads of times today asking if we are getting the other 400 but they said keep checking the leicester webpage. I emailed the ticket office last night aswell with my mobile number saying i will pay over the phone if they could ring me back in the morning. Nevermind, hope its a good day for everyone whose going and maybe i will get one if we are allocated the other 400.

Hmmm. How come everyone else's row is a number and yours is 'R' then?

I'd be very surprised if that was the case given that it's the last day of the season and relegation could hinge on it, especially since they would have known then that we were taking more than 1,600 to Sheffield United and possibly had an idea of the relatively huge numbers going to Barnsley. Also it looked even more like it would hinge on the last day before last weekend.

The sentiment of the post is right though. Sometimes you have to put in the hard yards to get the privileges and this is just one of those times.

The lady at the ticket office said Leicester are debating with Stoke at the minute because Leicester say they haven't been given a fair allocation (i can't remember how she said the allocation is worked out), but Stoke are saying they will probably sell the tickets to their own fans so aren't keen on giving us anymore!

They've already startng selling them or maybe sold them all in the blocks in the away end.

The fair allocation should be 10% of stadium capacity or 2000...Which ever is smallest - 2000 in this case. Which we haven't got yet.

ok set the record straight

There is no rule that staes we have to give you a certain percentage of the capacity. That rule ONLY applies for CUp games.

We sold out our home end (23,000) some time last week. We offered your club a choice of 1,600, 2,500, 4,000 or 4,800 tickets. YOUR club chose 1,600. On this basis we started selling tickets for the two blocks on the opposite end of the stand.

Inside the concorse can be slit into 2 or 3 sections. To ensure saftey and confor of all fans this is usually ony seperate into two sections The concorses are quite narrow. This been the case, Stoke have had 2,000 you have had 1,600 leabein around 1,000 Free between you. Between the home fans and away fans behing the away end, Tempary fencing will be errected.

If that's true, which I beleive it is. Then it's a sorry state of affairs at our club. Whoever made that decsion has no respect for the fans. :nono:

Where does he get his information from? I'm sure the away end only holds 4,500, so 4,800 is out of the question. :dunno:

Very poor from the club though.

:giggle:

Think you would have cocked up your saturday if you'd got a ticket and went to stoke.

This is the first time i will be missing the last game since 2001. Last game at Filbo being the first one to get the ball rolling. All because i couldn't ring up when wednesday came.

If by some miracle they hit us with another 400 tickets, any idea what sort of time thats gonna happen? I'm still hoping we get a couple more and I can sprint down early tomorrow and get them, as unlikely as that looks.
