maddog Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 It's obvious we won't get more tickets. Stoke City have sold out theirs and we have sold out our allocation so there are no fecking seats left

SamL Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 It's obvious we won't get more tickets.Stoke City have sold out theirs and we have sold out our allocation so there are no fecking seats left There's around 1,600 seats segregation. Why don't you read through the topic before posting about something you have relatively little knowledge about.
Sods Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 My new idea is to get up to Stoke for half time, see the smokers outside and stroll in. Could this work?
SamL Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 My new idea is to get up to Stoke for half time, see the smokers outside and stroll in. Could this work? I went outside for some fresh air at half time yesterday and thought about this. The smokers area is cordoned off and stewarded, could be quite tough.
Jack Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 My new idea is to get up to Stoke for half time, see the smokers outside and stroll in. Could this work? Nice Idea. You'd be gutted though if it didn't work, suppose it's worth a try though
Craig Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Nice Idea. You'd be gutted though if it didn't work, suppose it's worth a try though I don't think so... isn't there like a fence around the away end? that they could close during the game so smokers cud smoke out there... then there's the problem with home and away fans, and with Stoke being like they are, they probably won't let the away fans outside.

Yeah that was the main problem i was thinking off. Im not a smoker so i wouldn't no but i imagine their is some sort of segregation at away games, home games you could do what you want probably. Other plans are too become a steward or turnstile blokey. Then clear off. Im going to go no matter what!
Tommeh Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 I think we should try the Man utd method, crowd the turnstyles, 1 person hands over a ticket, 3 others cramb in. Apparently for a average United away there will be 500 without tickets in their end. Probably explains the 4,000 they took to Derby having only been given 3,300 tickets.
Craig Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 I may just go and sit down listening to the radio, watching the away end... i think you can look into the stand from outside can't you?

Tommeh Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 what and have a disaster? I wasn't being serious btw. Besides it would be no different to many of our away ends this season at the back our row at Barnsley must have had 30 people on it in the space of 20 seats. Even more cramped at sheff utd. Then the isles will get filled just like Fulham away last year. we even have more people for the amount of seats in L1 many weeks.
Bert Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 I feel sorry the those genuine fans who haven't got a ticket, especially if they've been to a lot of aways this season. Unfortunately, Life is a bitch.
Tevez Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 I feel sorry the those genuine fans who haven't got a ticket, especially if they've been to a lot of aways this season.Unfortunately, Life is a bitch. Very True, ah well. Not alot me and many others can do atm.
Matt Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 I feel sorry the those genuine fans who haven't got a ticket, especially if they've been to a lot of aways this season.Unfortunately, Life is a bitch. Ah all Leicester City fans are used to disappointment now.
C-man Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 What about taking ladders and setting them up outside one of the corners to look in. Sheff Weds did that at Blackpool
Leicester Rule! Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 I keep on hearing off lots of people "400 tickets available tommorow morning", yet I have heard no confirmation anywhere
Sods Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 I keep on hearing off lots of people "400 tickets available tommorow morning", yet I have heard no confirmation anywhere My god i hope that is true. If its going to happen it would be a Monday surely? But even if their are tickets, i still may struggle. However i think my email is still valid.

However i think my email is still valid. Your email still should be valid, but apparently they received loads of emails, so even if you sent one you are not guaranteed a ticket, it depends when you sent it. I wish i sent mine earlier than Wednesday evening as they have got them in priority from earliest sent email to latest sent email. I don't know if they will give season ticket holders emails priority over members emails, i hope so!
Tommeh Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Action plan for tomorrow: Ticket office 9AM - see whats going on, hopefully buy tickets if they have any. wait till half 9, see if theres any news. Leicester Rule! Posted 28 April 2008 Posted 28 April 2008 Any news on anyone who has been down or got hold of them on the phone or by email?
Craig Posted 28 April 2008 Posted 28 April 2008 No more tickets  "We have been in constant dialogue with Stoke over the last seven days, but due to the importance of the game for both sides we have been unable to increase our allocation."We had hoped that Stoke would be able to help us service the huge demand from our fans for this fixture, but they are obviously faced with similar need from their supporters." All 400 additional tickets were snapped up by fans that had placed their orders in advance in compliance with City's priority system for away match tickets. I emailed them on wednesday... does that mean they may still call me? I left my mobile number and everything
