LeeCovFox Posted 14 May 2008 Author Posted 14 May 2008 Gordon Ramsey is gay? where has that come from That would be some angry buggery.
Nationwider Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 You say that in jest, but I consider us (self) important enough to label it as a 'summit' indeed.Only the FOXES TRUST can outshine me in terms of self-importance. They're not invited though - right? I've narrowed my entrance music down to "Here Comes The Hotstepper" or The Theme from "Minder". The summit will be NFT.
lildave3 Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 You're confusing me with the FT Chuckle Brothers.I'm not sure I can name names. Barry and Paul? Barry Hayles and Paul Henderson?
The People's Hero Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 I've narrowed my entrance music down to "Here Comes The Hotstepper" or The Theme from "Minder".The summit will be NFT. I'm going with the theme from 'PRISONER' which I've never even seen. I'm assuming it's atmospheric, moody AND catchy though.

The People's Hero Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 That's exactly how The Daily Telegraph reviewed Nicky Mohan's first solo bassoon album. I think they plagiarised it from the 'about me' section which takes up 85% of my CV.
Nationwider Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 I think they plagiarised it from the 'about me' section which takes up 85% of my CV. With the other 15% being a well-stocked cheeseboard stapled to the CV?
The People's Hero Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 With the other 15% being a well-stocked cheeseboard stapled to the CV? I've just realised what's been missing from my evening. We should have a cheeseboard (well-stocked) at our 'summit'. Bring a bottle and something for the cheeseboard.

The People's Hero Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 Random Q. Have you ever seen Chas & Dave? No, but I did once get the date they were playing at Maidstone's Chicago Rock Cafe wrong and ended up sitting drinking beer for 2 hours on a random wednesday night pretty much on my own.

I would bloody love to see them. At least you're at the right end of the UK for that sort or malarky. There's more chance of seeing Flipper live at the Middlesbrough Empire than C&D.

There's more chance of seeing Flipper live at the Middlesbrough Empire than C&D. I think they've been round Maidstone a few times. Apart from the ONE BIG WEEKEND last weekend (no tickets for good ol' Woolers) nothing comes here.
Alexikokopops Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 I've narrowed my entrance music down to "Here Comes The Hotstepper" or The Theme from "Minder".The summit will be NFT. I could be so good for you.
The People's Hero Posted 15 May 2008 Posted 15 May 2008 I could be so good for you. Maybe we should lose this crowd. Us lot.
ronnup Posted 15 May 2008 Posted 15 May 2008 I've got no money at all but I've rediscovered the wine I've been storing away to prevent my girlfriend drinking it.Good to see you still pop in here, NW. Hope to finally meet up with you soon. So erm... ho-hum, I've forgotten where I was going with all this. What is this thread about? Fu cking youngsters. steady
