Jonbluefox9 Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 I think the academy players that were given pro contracts at the end of the 2006/07 season were mostly given one year deals too. Just what they do unless they're amazing I think. I do like Cox but can't seem him getting in our first team during the coming season. Might as well get some experience out on loan if possible.
Tilley Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 Never heard of him. for some reason when I read this, it made me laugh. I love the bluntness of this post, but me neither,
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 So we may have cox in the back next season? Boom boom
Monk Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 Do you think putting Cox in front of Hendo will put him off a bit?
CKB Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 Do you think putting Cox in front of Hendo will put him off a bit? Yeah you might have a point there, i wouldn't trust Hendo he's gonna leave Cox to come for everything!
CKB Posted 23 May 2008 Posted 23 May 2008 I'm excited for Cox. Yeah but don't ya think Cox needs to be gently eased into the back for next season? i don't think it would do anyone anygood if he was just slammed into the back for the sake off it!
lookwhaticando Posted 23 May 2008 Posted 23 May 2008 There's no point wrapping him in cotton wool, that'll do nobody any favours.
CKB Posted 23 May 2008 Posted 23 May 2008 There's no point wrapping him in cotton wool, that'll do nobody any favours. That is a very vaild point, i say unleash Cox next season then!
