C-man Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Sundays are definitely better for me, but I can make any of the dates to be honest. I'm looking forward to this.
Flynny Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 I like the idea of an evening game actually, kick off like half 6, 7ish? Cooler, wind less likely to be a problem, ditto heat.
Flynny Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Unless we all pop to some kind of beef+beer-serving place on the way back. Foxestalk Beefathon. I'll start a list! 1. Flynny (alert for enthusiastic listers: this has been sarcasm)
Bert Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Ill still manage to get sunburn. You're well proud of that aint you. We should all go out and have a pre-match meal .
allard7 Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Ill still manage to get sunburn. by the sound of the tournoment i think on the way there we should all chip in on a huge industrial tub of sun cream factor 50
Flynny Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 We should all go out and have a pre-match meal . Only if we can all have a post-match shit and all.
Bert Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Only if we can all have a post-match shit and all. Do what you like.

AoWW Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Somebody say owt?Stay in Leicester then you big jessy. Oh yeah, now why didn't I think of that? Fooking good job this forum's got you - where would we all be without helpful suggestions like that.
forestrich Posted 8 July 2008 Posted 8 July 2008 I've just spoken to the chap from Loughborough Dynamo, he said that he's going to speak to their groundsman and see if the pitch will be ready for us on the 27th. He did say, rather disappointingly, that we won't be able to use their first team pitch, as that won't be ready for the 27th, but the back pitches are still pretty good I hear. I'll keep everyone updated. Failing that, if a night game is the preference, obviously it wouldn't have to be a weekend, I know of a decent standard pitch in Nottingham with floodlights, incase it gets a bit dark.
