A friend of mine has said that northamptonshire police will also be on duty tomorrow,seems a bit OTT to me,millwall are bringing just over 1000 fans? with them and sold out all coach travel,

So, we should not pay them and leave decent people at the mercy of utter cocks? What's your alternative for ensuring that some of the cunts who follow that team don't inflict misery on decent people?

They hardly bring any away support, doesn't justify the number of coppers just for 20 or so possible troublemakers with no recent activity.

I will hazard a guess that despite the police presence being justified through the presence of a sizeable Millwall following (well for them at least), the police in all their wisdom will do exactly what they have done since a ball has been kicked at The Walkers, and that is stare at L1 with their backs to the away fans. I have for years debated this with the club and they think i am making it up! I have considered deploying photographic evidence! Let's see tomorrow, i bet i am not wrong!

I have actually tried to explain this to the police, only to be threatened with arrest. Peter Jones has never acknowledged the problem. I remember when we had the problems with Stoke. Their fans threw coins and the kitchen sink at us and the police refused to turn around. Instead they filmed our reaction!!!!

Over the years, how has this debate developed? Do you think the police actually take no notice of the away fans at all?

Why has it taken so long to resolve or use photographic evidence?
