Nigel Pearson!

This probably has been discussed before but, Nigel Pearson am In love with the bloke, he's been a decent/good manager so far, he's gelled the team well together, made some shrewed signings and them in the right positions on the park, he isn't a media celebrity (i.e. Ian Holloway), he's a fairly straight up guy what you see is what you get, he doesn't joke around too much has a laugh now and again, he's giving the whole squad a chance, turning last seasons non-starters e.g. Matty Fryatt into first teamers and he seems like a disciplinarian, REALLY PROUD OF HIM AND THE JOB HE HAS DONE SO FAR!

p.s. Credit to the players aswell I don't mean to say everything is down to Nigel Pearson.

We've come a long way under Pearson, no doubt. The real issue he has to deal with right now, and possibly for the rest of the season, is how to get the team playing against teams that refuse to come out and play football. As was seen at today's game.

How to break teams down, with 11 men behind the ball. If he can find the answer to that, he's the man to take us up and on to greater things.

He has got my backing 100%, we will have off days and poor performances, but they will be clearly outnumbered by good performances and victories. Apart from yesterday, everything he has done at the club has been positive and enjoyable.
