Katy Posted 12 October 2008 Author Posted 12 October 2008 Tis in the wash. What on earth did you do with it between me giving to you and you getting home?
syston_fox Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 What on earth did you do with it between me giving to you and you getting home? all my energy went into not asking that question!
General Smuts Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 What on earth did you do with it between me giving to you and you getting home? I ran out of kleenex ...
General Smuts Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 I guess i deserved that. Haha! Nah twas in my bag with my sweaty football kit. Needed washing really.
Koke Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 So everyone apart from me has received their shirts?
Katy Posted 12 October 2008 Author Posted 12 October 2008 So everyone apart from me has received their shirts? And Big Neville. I brought both with me.
Koke Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 And Big Neville. I brought both with me. Who's that Big Nev character? I was over-looked by Bert so I was not motivatied enough to attend the clash of the heavyweights, sorry.
Bert Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Who's that Big Nev character? I was over-looked by Bert so I was not motivatied enough to attend the clash of the heavyweights, sorry. This "over-looked" bollocks really annoys me. Some people travelled from a long way away to make it, one of our fans was even poorly and still made it, but i can understand how hard it must've been for you to turn up. I felt really bad for Joe whose had a good attendance at the FT events, but due to others being at more events than him, there wasn't a place, did he bitch about it? No. First priority went to them who played in the talking balls game. Then, people who had played in most FT games than others. If you want to sort things out next time, feel free to do so.

Only because he couldn't make it anyway

I thought you just used the Nottingham game teams
Bert Posted 13 October 2008 Posted 13 October 2008 I thought you just used the Nottingham game teams Which was based on the Talking Balls game, and then most capped.
Guest Posted 13 October 2008 Posted 13 October 2008 Some people travelled from a long way away to make it, one of our fans was even poorly and still made it It was very much self-inflicted, to be fair.
Tevez Posted 13 October 2008 Posted 13 October 2008 Well said Bert. Been there, done that in trying to keep everyone pleased. It's nearly impossible, I'm sure alot of people appreciate the effort for Saturday's game. Nice one.
Katy Posted 13 October 2008 Author Posted 13 October 2008 Yes, it was a top effort Bert - 'played mate

I'm not upset or anything. I had other duties so I couldn't make it regardless, so in a sense it was just a silly joke aimed at you. I'm sure TPH didn't mean it either when he said it. I would honestly have turned up to watch if I had the time. I really would. Talk about throwing your toys out of the pram.

Bert Posted 13 October 2008 Posted 13 October 2008 THANK YOU! I wouldn't normally respond, but seeing as it's you, (who seems to think they're gods gift to everything. when you so badly aren't) I will. If you'd put a lot of effort into doing something like this and people come on and say things like that, I'm sure you'd be just as annoyed.

I was laughing at the toys out of the pram reference
Katy Posted 14 October 2008 Author Posted 14 October 2008 Just a note for any one who finds some of the lettering/number(s) lifting a bit. Just get a hot iron (no steam) and greaseproof paper, place paper over top of affected area and press down hard for about 30 seconds to a minute but keep the iron moving whilst maintaining the same pressure. That should do the trick apologies for being an incompetent T shirt maker.
bigneville Posted 14 October 2008 Posted 14 October 2008 Who's that Big Nev character? I was over-looked by Bert so I was not motivatied enough to attend the clash of the heavyweights, sorry. I am BigNev. I've just moved flat, so been without internet for some time. But all back and running. I'll collect next time round Katy if possible.
