A bit more positive discrimination won't go amiss. In fact why not ban white people from winning anything for the next decade to make up for our sins in the past? We could even extend it to national and local government elections (if it's not already been done). If you want to see some biased voting try the Eurovision Song Contest. I don't see too much campaigning on behalf of those poor, white, native Englanders when the boot's on the other foot and the Eastern Europeans are handing bloc votes to each other. All I heard last time I watched was England, "nul points". PS: I cannot understand the dancing votes anyway. You'd have thought the female vote would have helped. All the girls I ever knew loved dancing with black guys. Especially those end of evening smoochy numbers when you got to press up close. No idea why but I never heard any complaints about artistic impression!. PS: I'm surprised there's not been a race element introdued to the City Player Ratings. In fact, being white and English perhaps I shouldn't vote at all for the blacks and asians. Bloody hell, and Gradel/ Gilbert and Dyer have been among my favourites! Remember Thracian, it's the white majority that have implement or favoured such 'discrimination', I can't really comment on the blacks but asians generally couldn't give a shit and have never asked for any advantage so your comment about 'let the asians win' is a real load of nonsense and there is no such contest, there is no such fight, you should look at the real problem and that is those who implement such nonsense and not those that didn't ask for it (asians)!!!!

I'm not being silly at all and agree with you completely. And I think I know enough blacks who think the same way too. The whole idea of positive discrimation is insulting to the people you mention and totally unnecessary. And, lord knows I'd like those responsible as far away from seats of power as possible. Some of us have always had respect for all people and have always responded to them on merit. And I am sick of the disharmony the perpetrators of legislative nonsense like positive discrimination have brought about. But I think you knew that anyway.
