Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 I really liked the last album. http://www.brmcdigitaldownloads.com/ (legal) Sounds like this is a "bit of a departure" to say the least though. Doubt it will be that special but worth a sample below... http://www.mykunk.com/2008/11/07/new-brmc/ (title track available to download for free)
Finnegan Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 I thought the last album died a bit after Weapon of Choice and Berlin. The second and first albums are still by far the best, in my opinion, they've been down hill since then I fancy. I'll still give it a go.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 November 2008 Author Posted 7 November 2008 It's a collection of instrumental ambient works, angry man. It may not exactly be your bag... I am currently listening to the title track and all I have to say is... Oh dear.

Daggers Posted 8 November 2008 Posted 8 November 2008 I preferred them when they were just Jim and William Reid on drugs.
Finnegan Posted 8 November 2008 Posted 8 November 2008 I preferred them when they were just Jim and William Reid on drugs. I don't care how much of a blasphemer it makes me, I sincerely prefer BRMC to the Jesus & Mary Chain.
Finnegan Posted 10 November 2008 Posted 10 November 2008 A band that takes themselves far too seriously. Meh. It's just a gimmick really.
