Jack Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Yep one of the most respected, influencal bands are certainly not in the same league as rihanna.Umbrella ela ela. He has Rihanna there because she is a looker. But still I'd much rather listen to Rihanna than the fooking Kings of Leon.
Samilktray Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Yep one of the most respected, influencal bands are certainly not in the same league as rihanna.Umbrella ela ela. Quite frankly I have no idea what your on about. Kings Of Leon, influential... to who? Rihanna... who gives a fook about her music. So yeah.
hairy Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 College. And I have a job, so therefore I do have money. And I wouldn't waste it on Kings of Leon. Why the fook bother posting. purpleronnie Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Quite frankly I have no idea what your on about.Kings Of Leon, influential... to who? Rihanna... who gives a fook about her music. So yeah. Pretty much most new rock bands and some older ones too, Oasis for example. Not saying I like them but compared to a lot of the rubbish you hear in the charts they are clearly better.
Jack Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Why the fook bother posting. Just to let us know you dont like KOL. Well my life is better for knowing that. Are you sure your not at school still you dont seem old enough to be at college I love you too.

Well my life is better for knowing that. Are you sure your not at school still you dont seem old enough to be at college I was going to ask the same question. Bit childish really Jack, Ok you don't like them, Fair enough. Move on, this thread is not a KOL bashing thread, If you want to start one then go ahead. I am sure you will get a lot of people in there.

billyfox1 Posted 3 December 2008 Author Posted 3 December 2008 They always are good love aren't they....Who was the support act? someone called M83. They weren't very good
Darkzzz_ Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 someone called M83. They weren't very good Ah right. Cheers for the heads up on that.
Head Honcho Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 They're not as good as they used too be imo yet last year just before Glasto I shamelessly bought a ticket to see them for about a fiver and now you won't get much change out of £100
Darkzzz_ Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 They're not as good as they used too be imo yet last year just before Glasto I shamelessly bought a ticket to see them for about a fiver and now you won't get much change out of £100 I agree. The first time I seen them in 2005 they were fantastic. Don't get me wrong, they are still fantastic, but people just seem to listen to the last album and that's it, the first two albums will never be topped. YAYM is the one that is played the most through my ears. I would never pay £100 to see them, or anyone for that matter, unless Hendrix was brought back from the dead.
billyfox1 Posted 3 December 2008 Author Posted 3 December 2008 my ticket was £30. it was a good set though. played for 2 hours and played alot of the old stuff
