But as a long held quibble of mine; how come you are your age until you get your birthday... Even by law, if you're 17 years and 364 days old... you still can't (legally) buy alcohol!!!

i beg to differ, i am sure that what begins with a simple quibble soon escalates into a stoush and from there it's only a few steps to a brou ha ha
