Darkzzz_ Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 We will only know if its a joke tomorrow night mate. I am kidding liven up. It is obvious Ronaldo will win it. After THAT amazing season. I am sure he will come out of the dressing room at some point this season. I guess all those awards have gone to his head. Messi will walk it this year.
Uncle Albert Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 Messi will walk it this year. I'm tipping Gerrard if he doesnt get sent down and they win the League. Life's full off if's and maybe's.
Anish Posted 11 January 2009 Posted 11 January 2009 What the fcuk is Scolari playing at? His tactics when he was at Portugal (one man up top, Pauleta/Nuno Gomes) and a midfield full of flair players without anyone with the ability to run behind defenders (or even to the bye-line) ain't going to cut it in the Premiership or at any level of club football. His Chelsea team are becoming so predictable and easy to defend against - you just put everyone behind the ball and get tight when Chelsea have it on your half, and bingo, job done. They are clueless. No width, Anelka and Drogba can't play together, no plan B, struggling for goals, and no money to spend in January. Scolari has to buck up his ideas sharp otherwise he'll be booted out by the end of the season. I can't see them winning anything, and I'd go as far as saying he's doing a worse job than bloody Avram Grant.

Although i agree Chelsea looked lifeless today. They really did.

Think about it who did they face who was decent England with Beckham half fit ? Or the crappest German side in history ?
Bert Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 I'm tipping Gerrard if he doesnt get sent down and they win the League. Life's full off if's and maybe's. Gerrard won't get sent down. A big fine and community service.

He is doing a very poor job at Chelsea though, I don't think he has the mentality to work here, He is lacking something, or maybe not showing it. Those who think the Brazilian league is easy must be mad. The football is good, the league itself is one of the most corrupt in football. Your lucky to even keep a trophy over there so well done to him on that.

With the team they have they should be alot better off points wise this season. Something has gone wrong. Not that I'm complaining as I want Liverpool to win the title. Or Villa preferably but that aint going to happen this year. Go on Martin O'Neill (the greatest ever lived)
Tilley Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 Chelsea were dreadful, Drogba didn't look interested at all. They really need to pull their finger out, they got shown up big time yesterday. Roman will pull the plug soon enough & the Chelsea empire will soon come tumbling down.
Alexikokopops Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 Come on Man Yoo, kill these Cockney cnuts. with reference to who??pretty tedious game really, Chelsea were so average for the majority of the game - it could of been any team. Utd will now walk to the title unfortunately. Ronaldo and his crash in the tunnel recently.

Milky Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 But I'd still rather Liverpool won the title. I would aswell, but i just can't stand Rafa so it's tainting it.
Fosse Boy Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 I would aswell, but i just can't stand Rafa so it's tainting it. I can't stand anyone connected with the 'Big Four' so it would be an extremely hollow victory for me!
JakeShingler Posted 12 January 2009 Author Posted 12 January 2009 I can't stand anyone connected with the 'Big Four' so it would be an extremely hollow victory for me! Villa for you then
Fosse Boy Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 Villa for you then That would probably make my year if they broke the 'Big Four' monopoly! come on MON!
lildave3 Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 That would probably make my year if they broke the 'Big Four' monopoly! come on MON! But what if they won it this, then 2 more years. You'd hate them then!
Fosse Boy Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 But what if they won it this, then 2 more years. You'd hate them then! I'm a fickle bastard I know, but I just like to see the title change hands between lots of different clubs. Far more exciting!
lildave3 Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 I'm a fickle bastard I know, but I just like to see the title change hands between lots of different clubs. Far more exciting! Oh I know, it's not just you, everyone seems to hate the big four.
