DB11 Posted 19 March 2009 Posted 19 March 2009 I this anything to do with Nottingham RFU? The image name is Nottdummies so possibly
Kilworthfox Posted 19 March 2009 Posted 19 March 2009 The image name is Nottdummies so possibly Yes it is Nottingham Rugby club who play at Meadow Lane 20,000 all seater stadium, and only get a gate of around 1k fans. So they put 1k blow up dolls in the stands to make Meadow lane look more populated? Why did they not just stick all the local crims in, they would have filled Meadow Lane 10 times over?
lavrentis Posted 19 March 2009 Posted 19 March 2009 well, most of them seem pretty 'armless A crowd that size could be a handful. However, it is Handy the stewards are there. Even if they demand wages at a cost of an arm and a leg.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 20 March 2009 Posted 20 March 2009 I have been gutted recently, that at the Tranmere and Millwall games, i was sitting too far forward to be able to stand, and had to site, cos everyone behind me was sitting Tranmere was just shit thought I was lucky at MK Dons, I stood at the back of the stand, where everyone stood, so I was fortunate there, I could see all the plastics sitting in front of me... I knew there were people itching to stand i bet, but the day-trippers felt like it was their duty to cosy up to the padded seats

I stood in 3 different places at Millwall, none in front of my proper seat, then 2nd half just stood in the aisle near the back. Tranmere was similar went to the left hand side and stood as usual and the 25 something rows beind all did too.
