Asha Posted 21 May 2009 Posted 21 May 2009 LOZZA POTENTIAL. Batracer Ashley Jupp has heaped praise on team-mate Laurence Hammond, saying 'he has lots of potential...I'm so glad to have the chance to work with him again following his performance at Ferrari.' Hammond, who took over from the AWOL Shingler during the season managed to help turn Ferrari's woes around. 'He seems to have a lot of enthusiasm for the game, and even though as a team we've had a difficult start to season 14, he's still determined to turn it around and move onto the next race.' 'I've never been that good at Batracer', Jupp admitted, followed by a few sniggers amongst the press. 'I mean, to throw away two championship showdowns through driver errors and collisions? I clearly lack the bottle to win a championship...' he went on, 'but in Laurence, you've got a future Formula Foxestalk champion and when he makes it onto the public scene, a future top 1000 ranked driver'. 'If he can keep his refreshing positivity and determination for the game, he'll be very successful in the future.' Speaking about other team-mate, and last years champion Fi Ridgwell, Jupp said 'Well it's an honour to drive with a former champion, as it was partnering Louth a few series ago. I'm learning bits and pieces from her and I can assure you, last season was no fluke.'

dandannieldanok Posted 21 May 2009 Posted 21 May 2009 Not a lot of race pace but can't really complain with 2nd, a very decent start to the championship.
