Asha Posted 13 May 2009 Posted 13 May 2009 JUPP: TEAM IS 'DREAMY'. Ashley Jupp has spoken of his delight to sign drivers L. Hammond and F. Ridgwell to the Neon Citizens team for the Bat Seven season. They're both very good drivers and with them on board I hope we can be serious challengers for both the drivers and constructors championships. We'll eagerly wait to see who the other team leaders sign but I've gone out early and secured the two drivers I had my eye on, and I'm happy with this. In the last Bat Seven season, Jupp took a 21 point championship lead into the final two races at Donnington, before a series of incidents and solid results from Louth meant the multiple champion snatched it at the final venue.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 13 May 2009 Posted 13 May 2009 Shit - haven't read this for a while! I'm a team leader - oh crap, i'm gonna be left with Shingler aren't i?
JakeShingler Posted 13 May 2009 Posted 13 May 2009 Shit - haven't read this for a while! I'm a team leader - oh crap, i'm gonna be left with Shingler aren't i? <_<
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 13 May 2009 Posted 13 May 2009 OH and there's the added pain of creating a livery - my design skills are pants compared to most on here, although i'm sure my girlfriend will be happy to see me using the Coral Photoshop she bought for Christmas! (Switching back to Paint.Net when shes not looking as its far simpler and easier for my needs.)
lildave3 Posted 13 May 2009 Posted 13 May 2009 So what's actually happening? I'm equally confused. Someone just team me and potter up again and have done with it.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 13 May 2009 Posted 13 May 2009 I'm equally confused.Someone just team me and potter up again and have done with it. Deal you can join my team - we'll call it Dave doesn't have a potter to cook in?
Asha Posted 14 May 2009 Posted 14 May 2009 So what's actually happening? I'm equally confused.Someone just team me and potter up again and have done with it. We've gone with team leaders, like we did before when Chris, Andy, Matt, Jovan and Southam were the leaders. I'm not sure whether it's free signup or whether the team leaders need to sign people. I declared my interest in two drivers (1 from higher group, 1 from lower), persuaded them to join and thus I'm sorted.
Brainy Posted 14 May 2009 Author Posted 14 May 2009 Yeah it's random signing.. i just told Shingler that i'd happily have him if he wanted to join. Players will need to be registered and logged in before they can enter the private game. When logged in, clicking the following URL will take you to the join game page: http://batracer.com/-cj?&D&40758 Alternatively, you can select "private games" from the menu and enter the number "40758" into the box. The game password is "ffft". Take care not to accidentally join a public game by mistake. join who you please. but don't make another team unless you're name is Alex Cook or Shen
