Koke Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 What was the deal with the Peterborough fans in the stand to our left (near their end) who waved flags at half time but then sat down for the ninety minutes? Surely their flags would have been better off on their terrace? They only came to watch the Leicester. Part timers who only turned up for West Brom, Leeds and Leicester.

Guest ttfn Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 Exactly. Unbelievable isn't it really. The first half was very even and rarely in the second was the 'attacking verve' that many claim to have seen from the home side evident. Nobody reported Dickov's chance (excellent) or the fact that their goal came about as much as anything from our bad defending. Also, as good a manager as Darren Ferguson is, it's the players that have got him there. Charlie Lee was superb yesterday in my opinion.
Ultra Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 Because we had ANOTHER linesman who lacked basic knowledge of the rules. As if we don't see enough of those at the Way..
C-man Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 If you think about it for a minute I'm sure you'll come up with health and safety as the answer I'm pretty sure that's why. This was taken by me at York last Saturday. Last I heard, no-one died.
Guest Bilo Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 http://www.shewee.com/ Somebody should have been selling these outside the ground, they'd have made a packet. Bugger programmes, you'll only get rich selling SheWees at London Road.
sir_bob Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 This was taken by me at York last Saturday. Last I heard, no-one died. That is excellent but elf and safety really is their reason. They are there most weeks but aren't allowed in LRE with the flags - well, they can take the flags but not the poles
