StanSP Posted 9 May 2009 Posted 9 May 2009 You'll be pleased Stoke jsut doubled their lead. West Brom Recovery Part ll maybe!
Tilley Posted 9 May 2009 Posted 9 May 2009 TOON TOON BLACK WHITE ARMY! Hope they win Monday night against 'Boro, it is an absolutely massive game.
Joe. Posted 9 May 2009 Posted 9 May 2009 West Ham had a horrible last 10 minutes to the half there. Boa Morte clearly fouled in his own half, Liverpool run up the other end of the pitch, Boa Morte pulls down Torres to give away a penalty, Gerrard steps ups, misses, ball falls perfectly back for him to put them 2-0 up. Then a horrible mistake from Carragher lets in Di Michele who runs through on goal before comically falling over, trying to claim a penalty for it and then getting booked for it.
Uncle Albert Posted 9 May 2009 Posted 9 May 2009 Liverpool's first goal was sublime. 25 goals in their last 7 League games is pretty impressive for a team who many describe them as a boring team. West Ham look dangerous at times though this evening. I really dont rate Mark Noble as a Footballer.
dandannieldanok Posted 9 May 2009 Posted 9 May 2009 Glad Hull lost, there better be a winner on Monday now.
Ultra Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 The fact Stoke have survived for another season in the top flight just proves my point how mediocre and over-rated that league really is. As does the fact that Fulham, with about TEN away goals all season, are in line for a Europa League spot..
Matt Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Champions League 3rd Place game later, hoping it will be a good game, Think Chelsea just edge it on who I want to win.
Ultra Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 If Arshavin plays, the gooners will just edge this. Chelsea will still be full of self-pity.
Matt Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 TBF it was role reversal over mid-week, Normally it's Arsenal who throw their toys out of the pram big time, But Arsenal took the loss quite professionally, Although even if i'm glad about it and it was entertaining you can't deny Chelsea had right to be pissed off, even though did go OTT anyway, Its about time a big team was fooked over. Infact, I've not seen Arsenal throw their toys out the pram for a while now, Mind you season after season they seem to be dropping out of the big 4 just a little bit more every season - Not alot only minimally, maybe they have just come to terms with it and got on with it.
dandannieldanok Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Just seen John Utaka's penalty, quality effort!
dandannieldanok Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Rooney not starting, is Ferguson stupid! :w00t: Come on City!
JakeShingler Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Ronaldo scores a free kick again. <_< Quality tho.
JakeShingler Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Ronaldo threw his toys out the pram then didn't he. Dont blame him hes playing oright no need to bring him off.
Matt Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Ronaldo threw his toys out the pram then didn't he. What happened? I've been watching the Bury v Shrewsbury game, Just switched over, had a close up of Ronaldo shaking his head? Just go in a mardy when being subbed I take it? Some hairdryer treatment maybe?
Tilley Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 Just go in a mardy when being subbed I take it? Yeah. I can understand his frustrations at being brought off but with Wigan on Wednesday & Arsenal on Saturday, Fergie is probably trying to keep him fresh.
lildave3 Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 United haven't been troubled at all here. Two good goals and a very professional performance from the champions.
StanSP Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 United haven't been troubled at all here. Two good goals and a very professional performance from the champions. True, but Robinho should have buried the sitter earlier on. Might have changed the game.
Tilley Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 I loved the old lady who said "Oh my god" & shaked her head as Ronaldo grabbed the coat.
Matt Posted 10 May 2009 Posted 10 May 2009 I loved the old lady who said "Oh my god" & shaked her head as Ronaldo grabbed the coat. Just looked for that when they have shown it again. It's brilliant that is. This will certainly add fire to a reoccurring summer saga of will his stay or go.
