Darkzzz_ Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 After watching the majority of these games neither am I any more...
Tevez Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Maradona should be gaffer of a League Two club, not Argentina. It's almost worse than Shearer at Newcastle, saviours and miracles hardly happen.
Uncle Albert Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Ecuador have become an established World Football team over the last decade been at the last two World Cups and we struggled to break them down in the last 16 if I remember. Beckham saved us when it was looking like extra-time.
AjcW Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Quality pictures from the columbia peru game.... Some of the coverage that sky show from south america is beyond shocking but this is great.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 10 June 2009 Author Posted 10 June 2009 Who gives a toss, all that realy matters about these weeks qualifiers is that Australia won 2-0 last night with only 3 first team regulars. Don't ask who we played it's irrelevant
Ultra Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Very poor. They really have been. I would be very surprised if Diego is in charge at the World Cup if they qualify. I think they will qualify even with this (likely) defeat. Looking forward to Brazil, they looked good at the weekend, would be interesting to see them follow this up with another win.Edit: Argentina have lost this game!! What the hell was Diego thinking of, picking Gutierrez for the last two games when he's been out of form at Newcastle for months? It defies belief that players of the quality of Messi, Mascherano and Tevez may end up missing out on the World Cup.

Fox You Forest Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Paraguay defending very well, got lucky for their goal.
Koke Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Maradona should be gaffer of a League Two club, not Argentina. It's almost worse than Shearer at Newcastle, saviours and miracles hardly happen. It was always gonna end in tears. It's quite amusing though to be honest.
Edmund Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 ROOOBBBBINNNHHHHOOOOOMy night is complete. What a finish :worship: :worship:

Lillehamring Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Brede Hangeland He can head a ball and that's about it Seems pretty solid at the heart of Fulhams defence can't really fault the defence at the moment - as i said, apart from against the awesome dutch, they've conceded 2 in 4, and kept a clean sheet against germany in a recent friendly. i believe he had a very good season in the prem, tho i didn't catch any fulham games... egil olsen has only just taken over again, so they're not really playing as a team right now... glad to have him back - this was his record last time around: 91 matches; 51 victories, 26 draws, 14 losses. Goal difference: 181-63
