Edmund Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 This is an absolute monster of a tune!!!Moving Fusion - Turbulence Yeh good tune, one of the first bits of vinyl I obtained years back. James. Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 This tune was absolutely legendary when we used to go to The Matrix in Reading for the monthly Bassheads night back in 01/02. Memories!
Edmund Posted 13 July 2009 Posted 13 July 2009 This tune was absolutely legendary when we used to go to The Matrix in Reading for the monthly Bassheads night back in 01/02. Memories! Yep such a dirty tune My fav by them was : Im pretty sure Fresh wrote both of these tunes even though its credited as Bad Company. Him and D Bridge were defo the brains behind BC.
Edmund Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Proper music. You have to admire though any genre built purely in Britain and not tainted by the yanks. Makes me proud to be a Briton, dnb and fish and chips. In fact I might vote BNP. Seriously though In the last two decades I don't think I can name any genre purely from the streets of Britain which has the popularity it has today and were not talking Welsh Folk because you wont hear anybody outside Port Talbot blaring that in there car. Its the one scene that the yanks have tried to incorporate and failed. People around the world come to London just to visit Fabric and other clubs to get a dose.
Jay Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 I hate being confined to a genre be it... PUNK HIP HOP TRIP HOP HARDCORE (punk not dance) DNB REGGAE SKA ACOUSTIC ALTERNATIVE INDIE FUNK FOLK And anything else you can think of... a tune is a tune

Not sure quite what your getting at but if your saying people who will only listen to one genre are restricting themselves then I totally agree. Most genres these days are sub genres of other music anyway and can't really be classified in anything specific. I listen to anything from metal to folk as long as it sounds good. My point though is dnb is a English born genre which has gained more popularity than any other genre/scene in the last two decades and can't be mirrored in terms of support or following
