Guest ttfn Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 I'd go with: Weale Neilson Hobbs Brown Berner Oakley King Wellens Kermorgant Waghorn Fryatt subs: Logan, Gallagher, Adams, N'Guessan, Morrison, McGivern, Howard I was going to say rest Fryatt but then I realised we've just had a 2 week international break! Still, it's got to be tempting to rotate given the fact we have a lot of games coming up in quick succession.
Vlad The Impaler Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 I'd Play: GK. Weale RB. Neilson CB. Hobbs CB. Brown LB. Bruno RM. Adams CM. Oakley CM. Wellens LM. N'Guessan ST. Gallagher ST. Fryatt I think it's a good game to shake things up a little, Adams deserves a chance and Gallagher deserves a few games uprfront aswell. Nige Will Play: GK. Weale RB. Neilson CB. Hobbs CB. Brown LB. Bruno RM. Oakley CM. King CM. Wellens LM. Gallagher ST. Fryatt ST. Kermogant Think he will start Kermo for this one, and bring Oakley in on the right of midfield. Both look strong though
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Weale Neilson Hobbs Brown Berner N'Guessan Oakley King Dyer Waghorn Fryatt Subs: Howard, Gallagher, Adams, Wellens, Morrison, McGivern, Logan I dont think Wellens has played well for about a month niow, whilst I think we need width, so he drops to the bench.
Guest ttfn Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Two Yann's, master stroke. I'd have 18 if possible
clazkel Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 The team i would like: Weale Morrison Hobbs Brown BernerKing Oakley Wellens AdamsWaghorn FryattOr WealeMorrison Hobbs Brown BernerAdams Oakley WellensHoward Waghorn Fryatt
Fatbloke Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Thankfully picking the team is non of my business !
StanSP Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 I'd be so tempted to keep the same line-up, but I know Pearson won't, and that's not a bad thing. Think he might resort back to 4-4-2 and stick Oakley back in for King.
ob1kanobe0 Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Bit difficult to know who Superman will play, as he's starting to experiment, i think with the intention of trying to mould a team/squad that can adapt to certain aspects of a game/opposition for a better chance of winning. But i would play ----------------weale morrison--brown--hobbs--berner ------------oakley--wellens n'guesson----------------------dyer ------------gallagher ------------------------fryatt
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Feed the Kerm and he will score.
Sods Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Weale Neilson Hobbs Brown Berner Oakley King Wellens Yann Waghorn Fryatt
Ozwin Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Same as Plymouth please. I'm not Oakley's biggest fan tbh and I thought we actualy looked decent in midfield on Saturday which makes a change because we barely even have one usually.

You know we've not won any games this season when NP has named an unchanged side?
Ozwin Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Didn't know that. But shouldn't be a reason not to stick with the same side. I don't really believe in all that mumbo jumbo.
dypatel06 Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Weale Neilson Brown Hobbs Berner Adams Oakley King NGuessan/Gallagher Fryatt Waghorn/Kermorgant/Gallagher Not sure who should play with Fryatt up top. But i think Gallagher should be given a go in his position- up front- some time. I think this is a match we should win, if we do i predict we'll be 5 pts clear of 7th looking at other fixtures!
dandannieldanok Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 WealeNeilson Hobbs Brown Berner N'Guessan Oakley King Dyer Waghorn Fryatt Subs: Howard, Gallagher, Adams, Wellens, Morrison, McGivern, Logan I dont think Wellens has played well for about a month niow, whilst I think we need width, so he drops to the bench. I'd go with this, although I don't really care which two out of the three centre mids we play, just to have two proper attacking wingers would be enough for me. These are near the bottom for a reason, let's take the game to them and expose their shite defence.
willchafer Posted 28 November 2009 Posted 28 November 2009 weale neilson brown hobbs berner wellens oakley king kermorgant fryatt waghorn dont ask i just think it will work and be the most awesome thing ever in a diamond
FantasticMrFuchs Posted 28 November 2009 Posted 28 November 2009 Weale Morrison Hobbs Brown Berner Oakley King Wellens Waghorn Gallagher Fryatt subs: Logan, Kurmingyong*, Adams, N'Guessan, Morrison, McGivern, Howard Come on Nigel at least give the man a crack at the whip!! Even DJ's had his 5mins this season, Tough game but think we can pull this off our away record 2-0 City!
Lillehamring Posted 28 November 2009 Posted 28 November 2009 he will change the team, there is no way he will start with four strikers in this one... that said, i don't believe he considers gallagher to be a striker....
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 28 November 2009 Posted 28 November 2009 You know we've not won any games this season when NP has named an unchanged side? Never tempt fate.
