Finnegan Posted 11 December 2009 Posted 11 December 2009 Gutting. Sounds about right though, Cardiff have confirmed he needs surgery to over come the problem. Eight months sounds excessive but hip injuries are usually pretty serious. Harsh.

Finnegan Posted 11 December 2009 Posted 11 December 2009 With the use of painkillers, sure, but as it says they acknowledge he needs the opperation and as I said hip surgery generally doesn't tend to be a trivial thing. If Toshack and the FAW have any influence (though to be honest I doubt they do) they'll be pushing for him to have the treatment sooner rather than later with the next qualifying campaign in mind.

I know what youre saying, I wasnt laughing at you. I personally agree that they should just not play him til hes sorted and risk long term damage.
