MPH Posted 8 May 2010 Posted 8 May 2010 Maybes is right. Bruce wants to splash big cash on a new striker and wants to get as much money as he can from selling Waghorn. He knows we will be his best chance of getting big money.. but we will indeed need to be promoted first otherwise it will be another season loan.

Guest DavidJCW Posted 9 May 2010 Posted 9 May 2010 Really REALLY hope Waggy decides to come here... staying at Sunderland would be a disappointing decision as here he'd get first team football regularly, not be a 4th striker, is loved by the fans, whereas their lot barely know him and be part of a team on the up, whereas Sunderland are pretty much stagnant if not heading down slightly... lets face it, without Bent, they're nothing.

Is he a premiership striker, theres only one way to find out but that does leave a big question and a big gamble - In Nigel We Trust. Literally lots of if's and but's but a valid question nonetheless.
