Wycombe Fox Posted 4 April 2010 Posted 4 April 2010 I'll be at the QPR game with my 12 year-old tomorrow and have been told in Live Chat that the Swan & Rushes is the place to go before the game. Anyone else from here going before the game? Is it the place to go after the game? Do they do any food? Is it edible or am I best stopping in town first for a quick bite to eat? If you notice a Moby look-a-like with a white-blond-haired nipper, that'll be me.

As far as I know Nick, Leese and Carl will be in the Swan. I'm undecided but will almost certainly be persuaded to go too. Not sure who else will be there, but I'm sure a few other FTers will be in attendance. Dunno re post-match - probably depends on team performance and resulting mood! I think they do cobs (rolls to those of us that are civilised!) So, probably best to get something in town first, tbh. We met down at Brighton, if memory serves me correctly?! You do, indeed, look uncannily like Moby!

If you're lucky, the Swan will do hot sausage rolls (i.e. sausages in small bready things, not sausage meat in pastry), so I would advise staying in Leicester for proper food. AOWW is right, we'll be there. Who'd have thunk, Moby, TPT and Gareth Barry in the same place, at the same time?
