I think I've driven along that road - or certainly one that sounds similarly dodgy. I was on my way to go paragliding at somewhere on the IoW that may, or may not, have been Freshwater.

I was on my way to go paragliding at somewhere on the IoW that may, or may not, have been Freshwater. They do Paragliding near my Mums place, Just up from Freshwater Bay near Compton! I would love to have a go but am too much of a chicken! Thats a dodgy road, my Mums always telling us about someone driving over the edge!
