Fox92 Posted 27 June 2010 Posted 27 June 2010 I always say this; one day football will complete the full circle and end up where it was. Teams such as Hull, Doncaster and Wigan will be where they used to be whilst the Prem will include the likes of Leicester, Leeds and Nottingham Forest. Nice stats by the way...
AoWW Posted 27 June 2010 Posted 27 June 2010 Bit old to be throwing stones in the playground, aren't you? There's enough bickering already in the 'NP to Hull Thread' already.
Legend_in_blue Posted 27 June 2010 Posted 27 June 2010 They're insignificant in all of this. What matters are the reasons behind why MM cannot stump up an increase in wage on NPs contract. A lack of transfer fees, so be it, but from a guy calling NP honest, full of integrity, loyal and the like, MM has us all fooled imo.
C-man Posted 27 June 2010 Posted 27 June 2010 Some of our fans have been arrogant, but no more so than some of them. In a perfect world everyone would act with dignity and there wouldn't have been this situation in the first place - i.e. they wouldn't have approached a manager currently in a job - but it has happened and emotions run high. I've disliked Hull as a club for a while now (their gung-ho approach to spending in the Premier League grates) and this whole episode hasn't helped my opinion of them. Having said that, there's no need for 'the bigger club' argument. It's juvenile as fvck.
