I went for 10 days and spent £1500 in total (inc flight and hotel of £400) - £100 a day out there goes easily. Yeah thats what we feared. We're going for £550 for 7 nights all inclusive, so drinks won't be a problem until we get to the clubs which as you say will soon eat up the cash! Oh well, will be a laugh.

Yup drinks in most clubs - bottle of water €8 . Coke with alcohol mix looking at €12 plus Beers about €10 You will have a cracking time. Yeah still caring it Tom. Like you say United will be a good away end I reckon.
ajthefox Posted 16 November 2010 Posted 16 November 2010 I've been on two the past two summers, first one was when 14 of us went to albufeira in portugal and summer just gone went to playas de las americas in Tenerife. Going out getting smashed, chilling on the beach/by the pool and then back on it pretty much all week is just quality, so much better than being at home and I would say you have to do it at least once. I won't be going again because I'd like to do some travelling, but as I said you have to do it once really. In terms of where you go, I don't think it makes much difference. Unless you go to one of the real big ones like Ibiza where you're looking at over a grand for the whole thing, you'll get a very similar experience anywhere. There are girls and lots of brits wherever you wanna go and getting smashed is getting smashed no matter where you are. One thing I would say is be open to spending. You'll have a much better time if you just go with an open mind and go with the flow, try not to restrict yourself too much. But as I said, it's hard to go wrong on a lads holiday really.. Just as an example In terms of price, I payed £299 for the first week and spent about £250 and second time round payed £330 for the holiday and spent another £300, and that as with go karting and a day at a top quality water park as well as everything else.
