Someone who I go to school with knows someone in the Board room and this is what he said to me (make of it what you want) but Sousa must get 4 points out of his his next 2 LEAGUE games otherwise he may face the axe. I will not enclose the source as I don't want them to get into trouble.

Can one of the mods just install a little script on the server which generates a new thread once per day entitled "The next [RANDOM-NUMBER] games are crucial". It would save people a lot of time.

I for one can well believe this the new owners must be very dissapointed with Sousa's start.

We also have a acting chairman who has a history of sacking managers at all the clubs hes been at if they don't perform.

There is discontent in the ranks with players handing in transfer requests.

The body language of players such as Matty Fryatt towards the manager is off. Matty came on as sub I can't quite remember which game it was, I think it was Reading Matty's face told me something was deeply wrong.

Sousa has tried to change the style of play from direct football under Pearson to a more European passing style building from the back, which has yet to be deemed a sucsess.

Not playing our best player Andy King in the early part of the season. Now after scoring some vital goals hes suddenly going to be the new skipper.

Playing Moreno in at centre half when a blind man can see he's a defensive midfield player and not really a good one at that.

Questionable transfers such as Moreno, Lamey, Curcic and Ikeme etc.

The public criticism of fans favourite Chris Weale saying he can go when he was linked to West Ham in the last window. Sousa has yet to win over a number of fans like myself. I for one wont be sorry if does go. Don't think it will happen though as we will beat Pompey tonight. I give him until xmas.
