You heartless bastard
The Doctor Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 You heartless bastard why should they get free milk and not the rest of us?
Phube Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 why should they get free milk and not the rest of us? Hear, hear... that's where I started...!
Guest Bilo Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 Free milk for under 5s saved so little I kept it. Though I'm not sure how the press could rhyme Milk Snatcher with my surname. Hmmm......

Hmmm...... be a man and cut it anyway - then pocket the savings, the country won't miss an amount that small. i was going to say "screw the kids" (not in that way) but it sounds a bit wrong
Fosse Boy Posted 19 October 2010 Posted 19 October 2010 Wales and scotland want to be independant.theyve got it!!! I did that. Being Chancellor's a piece of piss when you just dissolve the union.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Try keeping your free HE tuition after that Scotland!
davieG Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 From the BBC The television licence fee, which funds the BBC, is to be frozen for the next six years at £145.50, it has emerged. The BBC will also take over the cost of the World Service, currently funded by the Foreign Office, as well as the Welsh language TV channel, S4C.
ACF Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 TV licence is stupid. Cut the nanny shit, let me look after it. Stick it all in term deposits. Or Google.
The Doctor Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 TV licence is stupid. Cut the nanny shit, let me look after it. Stick it all in term deposits. Or Google. in what way is it stupid? Correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't tv licence money go to fund the bbc?
z-layrex Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Easily done. Slashed her majesty's treasury, and the devolved spending to Scatland and Wales. Sorted. I'm actually terrified of what they might do to the NHS. I'm not a Labour voter by any stretch of the imagination, but they did a good job with the health service.
ACF Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 in what way is it stupid? Correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't tv licence money go to fund the bbc? Having to pay to own a TV? Puh-lease.
z-layrex Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Get rid of the NHS. Adopt the American system on healthcare. You pay you get treatment. Contribute to the system you get help. Encourages people to work as companies have to provide healthcare plans to all emplyees. The work shy get sod all as they don't contribute. Why should my hard earned taxes pay for the work shy or everybody else. I want to pay taxes which help my family not the rest of society. I've worked all my life never claimed a penny yet there are others who have never worked yet claim everything. Simple Darwinism and hundreds of millions saved. Job seekers allowence/income support should be a minimal whats the incentive to work when people say im better off on the dole then doing something for minimal wage. I've got one child and thats it. They cost a bomb these days to bring up. Yet others have 5 plus even some who have double digets. They play the system and end up earning more in benefits then what I do working and paying my taxes and only having 1 child. Its a joke. As much as I despise the countless work-shy people in this country, being a nurse myself I couldnt imagine not treating someone based on their wealth or health plan. However I think job seekers should be scrapped. If you could work and don't, you should just get food vouchers so your kids can eat. That'd make the fu**ers get a job. Note that this wouldn't apply to those made temporarily redundant and are genuinely desperate to get back into work.

z-layrex Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Great in theory, but how do you differentiate? Exactly you can't. I don't know what they could do to be honest. Thousands of families genuinely need their child benefits to make ends meet, but then you get these families who have about 8 kids and live off the state, while the rest of us slave away 40+ hours a week to pay for it.. What can you do

Finnegan Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Yeah, get rid of JSA while there's a massive shortage of jobs, that's genius mate. Arrogant Tory twat.
z-layrex Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Yeah, get rid of JSA while there's a massive shortage of jobs, that's genius mate. Arrogant Tory twat. I JUST SAID it wouldn't apply to people genuinely out of work for a good reason you stupid **** disabled, only to those institutionally unemployed. Which is impossible to implement, as was also JUST SAID. Stupid welsh tw@t.

Finnegan Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 A stupid opinion, frequently and ignorantly banded about when not even Cameron has quite come out going that far. I hate how ridiculously right wing people get from positions of privilage. Try being a school leaver with no work experience, no parents to mooch off and no qualifications in the current climate. Yes, there are benefit fraudsters but there's also a whole generation of hopelessly lost people literally stuck on the dole.
