Honeymoon over! Sven give them the rollicking, tell them they are playing for their jobs, and bring on the next game.Bad day at the office, but sven has probably learnt more about the team today, than any other week so far.

When will people realise that Fryatt is utter garbage! Before the replies oh he played up front on his own, well he is a well paid proffesional footballer so should adapt to what ever system he is shown, after all he trains everyday with the side, I do think I will suffer abuse from the Fryatt bum boys on this site, but the player is utter Shite! Not blaming him for todays game, however he should never have started find it laughable how people put this player on a pedistool, he is average non spectacular great goalscoring in league one, but the club moves on time to show him the door and get a better type player. 90 per cent here who love Matt Fryatt will have me hung for slating the city superstar but he is shite!!

I really feel for the fans who had to suffer that shit. Our team performs splendidly at Leeds and then we make so many ineffective changes. We badly need some consistency of both personnel and philosophy.

i agree, WE NEED CONSISTENCY! we had that under NP but typical Leicester always have to exchange stability for the complete opposite.

Blame Svens set up to be honest and the decision not to change it at half-time.

Can't really blame Sven for this, he set the side up to counter Swansea's possession football and the boys have let him down . Sounded to me like we were lightweight up front yet again. Give him a couple of weeks when Vassell's fit and he's had a chance to draft in another striker and games like today will have a different outcome. Furthermore, it still seems like we're struggling with fitness which is clearly Sousa's fault and won't be addressed until next season.

So is waggy aswell then, cause hes not really done much better and played every game :dunno:

Waghorn always puts in 100%, Fryatt Doesn't we wont go up with him up front simple as that im not worried though Sven will sort this lot out it wont take him much longer to work out who the weak links in this team are!

I understand what he was trying to do with the midfield supporting Fryatt but I do think he should have changed things and brought Howard and Waggy on and played 4-4-2 after half-time. The result was inevitable to be honest without changing things earlier.

So when he came on at norwich then and scored 2 in 20 mins, that wasnt through effort :dunno:

Why is it when the team plays badly thier is always 1 or 2 scape goats, instead of the whole team because by the sound of it to me all of them played crap.

Swansea are a good team and desevrved there win,why cant people just accept that

Indeed I'd list consistency as one of the biggest attributes of Pearson's management.

Right now our players will be walking around bewildered. They go to Leeds, win well, totally boss the game and Sven goes and messes the team up.

To what purpose? Dyer for Gallagher, fine. Specialist winger replaces a stopgap. But what with all the rest? And what with the slowness to react to Swansea's tactics or even the apparent failure to anticipate them.

We've had lots of teams try to smother us in the past by closing us down and denying us pace. It shouldn't take an hour or more to respond. Like five minutes should be enough...and Howard is by far out best, if not the only player we have, who's capable of holding the ball up and winning time to bring others into the game.

And how nervous did we sound. People seemed to be giving the ball away and failing to control it for no aparent reason and that's all about anxiety - a problem the manager should be addressing and one which i've already cited as one of the major barriers we've got to overcome at the club.

Everyone is far too desperate to get promoted instead of having the patience to build on rock. Barely a day goes by without us signing this player or that player and it's all happening on top of Sousa doing the same. There'll be no piece of mind for anyone at the club and it's little wonder they find it hard to concentrate or become fearful of making mistakes.

Sven has the responsibility to get on top of the psychological problems but it won't be easy cos he's inevitably creating a lot of the problems. Consequently I really cannot see us making rapid progress. We're too vulnerable and other people will be watching the video of today's game and making their own plans.

Injuries to Davies and, perhaps, Naughton won't help and nor will the ever increasing gap between us and where we want or need to be...a gap which will likely become the subject of quiet reminders on the pitch from our opponents.

Far from shouting about getting up this season the club's owners should be talking about putting a side together ready for a realistic push over the next two years. There should be a cull of all the deadwood some proper playing philosphy established, including built-in reactions to various opposition tactics.

It's not difficudlt but you do have to be ruthless.
