reynard Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 Looks like we have one Michael Oliver for this one. This season 13 games 37 yellow cards and 6 red 2 of which have since been rescinded. Also awarded several penalties. Sounds like just the sort needed to ref a local derby. Apparently he was terrible at the recent Reading v Norwich match.
Matt Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 Care not, They're all terrible. Nice to see the SPL refs who striked really made Scottish football come to a standstill
1964FOX Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 One thing for sure he is likely to make several mistakes, it's just who they favour that can make the difference. However, if the players are good enough they can outweigh any ridiculous decisions by the man in black. I went to an FA cup tie yesterday and the ref was really poor but the better team won thankfully.

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 He had had two red cards over turned inside two weeks. Shocking ref, Paul Lambert called him pathetic and got a touchline ban.
Father Ted Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 This could actually suit us. It would stop Forest playing their usual dirty Billy Davies tactics and it's not as if we're a dirty side is it? I don't mind tbh.
