Some woman booked her theory test via the DSA website and paid £30. She then failed her test (you know she's stupid already) and went to book it again but could not find the DSA website. Later she complained when she paid £50 through a website that looked "really unprofessional".

The only bit I've seen was a guy that was charge £114 (if I remember) for getting off a train one stop early - sounded like a rip off to me.
