Yak WAS in the Everton squad for their 3rd Round Cup game (and was on the bench) - but never came on. I thought that meant he would not be cup tied. Am I wrong ? Perhaps Stringer knows other reasons why he can't play against Manchester - but I can't guess what they could be !

Only players who were registered for the initial tie can play in replays, Edin Dzeko is also isn't able to play
