Are You Ready For The Zombie Apocalypse?

In my opinion it is a psy-op to prepare us for the inevitable chemical attacks that will be unleashed by 'the untouchables' and blamed on some fanatical Muslim group. They are trying to make the sheeple believe that these chemical/biological weapons are sometimes mislaid or can be stolen by the kind of groups you see on 24 with Kiefer Sutherland :D But in reality, of course, the only people who can get their hands on this stuff are people who are allowed to have it - Saddam being the example that everyone knows about. He was sold chemical weapons, used them to gas alot of people, and then the same people who sold him the stuff in the first place shouted "oooh look what this moustachio'd barstad has done - we must stop him and his maniacal tendencies". Or something like that.

Very well said by Hicks between 2.15 and 3.50. It's amazing that most folk just forget about this stuff and let it go on. It will be too late when the majority of western folk wake up or even care.

When talking about the NWO Bush senior was correct in 1991 or 1990 when he said, "When we succeed..........and we will".

The original news story has gone quiet. We never found out exactly what happened.

Which is reason enough to buy THIS home!

Too many windows downstairs :P

I think you missed the top picture.

I wonder if it plays the Thunderbirds theme as the "shutters" slide open?

Just take a look at this news item...

Zombie dawn?

Anyone who has played Resident Evil or seen the films, or just about ANY zombie films knows that this is a prelude to.

Me? I'm getting a chainsaw, a shotgun and buying enough tinned food for several years.

Ah your going down the match then.

I reckon the frenchies and the spaniards will be the safest. Living in an apartment block in both is like living in Fort Knox. Every window has metal bars protecting them, then there's two sets of doors (again enforced with metal) at the entrance. I feel very safe here :P

Anyone else watch I Survived A Zombie Apocalypse on BBC3 the other day? Can't help but think I want the zombies to win. Actually there seems to be too much pointless zombie close-ups (and the zombie effects aren't that great) and Big Brother style aimless banter and not enough "this is your mission - complete it or die!" moments. If things don't pick for in the 2nd show next week, will probably give the rest a miss.

Oh and Greg James is as annoying on TV as he is on radio... who knew!?

I haven't watched it, I was planning on it but I get the impression it's a bit shit from this?

Give it a watch. For me it seems they have gone too far down the "throwing together unlikely companions" route and seeing if they can work together, rather than picking some prime contenders to try some tricky survivalism. There's 10 competitors (dunno if that's the right word, because it's surely a co-operative endevour.) and I count 4 wastes of space and maybe only 2 or 3 shown anything like the initiative and nous needed. All bar 2-3 people seem physicallly fit enough, but mentally.... mmmmmmnnnnggghhhh. Already, less than a day in, there have been complaints about lack of shower facilities and having to eat canned meat. I suspect this will be the least of their problems (they have to survive a week.)

Prime candidates for the chomp (assuming the "team" are stupid enough to send them out - (or then again they might sacrifice them  )) are the rather dumpy Any Winehouse-esque teenage girl who likes to hanging out with her friends, drink and can never go without her make-up who has been immediately befriended by the gay cross-dressing, also tubby, Lady Gaga obsessive, who... if he tells yet another Gaga anecdote will surely be pushed out the front door the next time the horde start battering it. There is also the young teenage athlete who, despite saying she used to train four times a week, had to have the word "agile" explained to her.

I actually took an instant dislike to one of the first people introduced (the "team" of 10 are introduce in dribs and drabs), a young lad named Aston who seemed incapable of completing a sentence without swearing (I find myself wondering what such people say when they actually want to swear.), but he applied himself, was willing to be used and chipped in with everything - exactly the kind of person you'd want.

Jury's out at the moment - next episode is make or break.

I feel the exact same as you, I actually couldn't care less for any of the people in it & hope they all "die" lol.. Oh & I know the budget isn't going to be major but seriously couldn't they have done a bit better with the effects? all the zombies look like plastic Michael Jackson wannabes!

I'm giving it one more go next week, if it's more or less the same it's in the bin
