DB11 Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 Well then you are wrong. I believe he was sent off for "excessive force", not dangerous play or even a foul. Is there a speed limit when it comes to going for a loose ball? Chris was never anywhere near contact with the player and was even ahead of the ball when he blocked it. I'm sorry but have you watched the replay? The player is not in control of himself when he launches in for that ball so yes, he did use excessive force.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 I can assure you all that it's not just Leicester that get dog shit refs. Indeed. Take DB11 for instance.

You may not be watching but there was arguably a worse tackle in the Johnstone Paint Trophy final, from behind, the player is still on the pitch. My question is, where is the consistancy? As for the Forest player getting sent off, it was a bad tackle but i've seen worse and players have stayed on the pitch, again, where's the consistancy, I think really that is half of the arguements about referees, sometime they can't hold the consistancy during the same game let alone across different games.

Watch it once or twice I think . Cohen was in perfect control. He went to block the ball, he blocked the ball at no point did he look like he was going to collide with the Leeds player and it was only after the Leeds player stood on the ball that he buggered over. Who looks out of control and likely to cause someone an injury? This is also good and at the very least unprofessional.... Pre game handshake? Nah, lets hug!
Corky Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 They aren't all against us at all, usually the ref is bad for both sides. He wasn't yesterday though.
