artursteppe Posted 23 June 2011 Posted 23 June 2011 OK, just in recent days we have apparently, or maybe offered bids for Billy Sharp ( SSN - may be Leicester ) at £2.5m, turned down by Doncaster. £3m maybe, for Nicky Maynard, turned down by Bristol City. One of three teams had bids of £3m accepted by Peterborough for Mackail-Smith. ( Skybet is giving odds of 2/5 on him joining Leicester City ) Emile Heskey is currently Evens to return to Leicester according to Skybet. Momentum is picking up for Chong to arrive from Japan where he is resting at the moment. Matt Derbyshire 'nailed on' to come, or '90% certain to sign, according to what reports you read. David Nugent has passed his medical and we are waiting for him to sign. Yukubu isn't totally written off yet. We still have Howard, Waghorn and Schlupp. Please add to the list if I have missed any strikers who will be with us next season, I am not sure there is enough on this current list! Sorry, forgot Darrius Vassel and a some time Gallagher.

kingfox Posted 23 June 2011 Posted 23 June 2011 We need four new strikers, Howard won't play and Waghorn will probably leave or be back-up. Schlupp not ready yet and the places we want to go, i.e Premier League then he shouldn't play. And yes you missed Kermit the frog, would love to see him take a penalty again this season.
