Liking them soft boiled, I placed them in a saucepan of boiling water for exactly three minutes. When I went to eat them, the white was simply, still runny! Is it just me?

I take it you kept the water boiling? You didn't just boil water, take it off the heat and put the eggs in? Just a thought?
The Doctor Posted 28 June 2011 Posted 28 June 2011 That bloke is terrible. A proper slide tackle doesn't involve springing on a hand and gently kicking the ball away, it involves sliding in, taking the ball and then the man for good measure.

My method was Sliding in with both feet and studs raised, if you didn't break the guys legs you failed.

The slide tackle in Australia... is an entirley diffferent beast, I remember spending the first 2 months of pre-season, with the top of my thigh nothing but a shredded mess of scabs and puss The slide tackle is not suited to the end of summer sandpaper pitches in OZ.
