Some talk of him requesting a transfer, S'ton, WHU among several Champ teams and an 'unknown' Prem side set to bid. Seems Maynard was prob tapped up proxy. Will play at Cardiff tomorrow though.

Personally if we want to go up I rarther get a more experianced player such as Keane that is a proven striker at premiership level. I personally dont rate Maynard much but if we can't get Keane and only spend about £3m on Maynard then meh get him

He doesn't want to come here else he'd have indicated he wanted to without outright asking for a transfer.

I think there's zero chance, his agent would have been in touch with interested parties & he'll be fully aware of who's offering what; us, S'ton & WHU with S'ton being in the driving seat

We're a forward or two away from being complete and then the work starts on picking the right formation, the right players and in the right positions along with them all playing well of course.
