I know we have a Holiday thread already but I need some urgent opinions as we're due to go to Perran Sands in 4 weeks and some of the on-line reviews have been pretty dire.

Has anyone been this year? We are on a Sun special, booked into a 2 bed accomodation. They won't say whether it's a chalet or a caravan. There's 2 adults, 13 yr old daughter and a 19 yr old with her 18mth old child.

Any input from the wealth of knowledge on here would be much appreciated. Don't gloss over anything, if it's good or bad, please be honest.

Our 19yr old has a VERY short fuse and a VERY bad temper. I really don't want the stress being trapped in a sh*t place with her out of control!!

Thanks folks

Could this be due to seeing something traumatic in her formative years ? ,

Such a flashing Mick Jagger ?

Never been to the caravan site but the area is fantastic. If the park itself isn't up to much you don't have to spend much time there apart from to sleep of course. You'll have a great time, Cornwall is a beautiful place.

Good luck mate! If it was 2 bed in Mauritius that's still going to be intense. Never been myself, but I hope it works out for ya!

I hope he had a nice time. Looking at the reviews, I thought they weren't that bad.

Certainly not as bad as these:

Admittedly, these are only the one star ones, but as there are several times as many of these as any other rating, it's hardly unfair.

I WENT HERE

My favourite review is the one of those that tries to be positive: 'It's not terrible, but it is very poor'
